聚腺苷酸二磷酸核糖转移酶[poly(ADPribose)polymerase, PARP]是存在于真核细胞中催化聚ADP核糖化的细胞核酶,它参与的聚ADP核糖化是真核细胞中蛋白质翻译后的重要修饰方式之一。蛋白质翻译后修饰在大量细胞活动中起重要作用,比如DNA损伤检测和修复、翻译调控、胞内运输、染色体重塑、有丝分裂器形成和细胞死亡。PARP的过激活与许多疾病有关。
